About Us

Based in Suffolk, Mejia & Jones Cost Associates provide a full range of Quantity Surveying services, either on site or remotely. We are proud of our track record of delivering quality service to the construction industry, and continually seek to develop new relationships with clients.

We have over 10 years quantity surveying, procurement and estimating experience in both the UK and abroad, during which we have worked with both Civil Engineering and Traditional Building Contracts, covering a range of trades.

This new venture aims to help our clients save on construction costs, increase tender success rates and resolve cost disputes, whilst simultaneously offering a professional service at competitive rates.

Senior Quantity Surveyor, Roy Jones, graduated from Staffordshire University with an Upper Second Class Honours Degree in Business and Financial Economics, before returning to Anglia Polytechnic University on a part time basis, where he gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

He worked for some of the biggest names in the UK construction industry, including John Laing and Costain, before turning freelance and working with clients such as GF Partnership and Shepherd Construction.

He currently represents one of the largest contractors in the Caribbean.
